Great spot for skincare! Carissa has recently moved into the space below Spa Chi/Umi Cafe - if you're looking for relaxing and effective skincare you should book with her! She happily accommodated my requests to avoid certain ingredients + announce the products being used during the facial. She has such a gentle and calming touch with awesome attention to acupressure points that I fell asleep during my most recent service! Products are mainly Phytomer and Phytoceane. Skin is happy and glowing, extractions thorough & comfy, got product advice for the changing season and I prebooked my next appointment before leaving.

I had an incredible first facial with Natalie! The place itself is nothing fancy, clean and cozy. Natalie was very friendly and explained everything she was doing, but also allowed me to just relax in silence. Natalie did a wonderful job, she seemed to really know what she was doing and gave me some skincare tips along the way. She made me feel very comfortable and checked in on how I was doing, which was nice especially during extractions. The massage and aromatherapy were so nice and relaxing. My skin feels energized and clear! Never felt like this before. I will definitely be adding facials with Natalie to my regular skincare routine. Little tip - there is a different spa above this one. Go into the garden area with the pond and look for a sign to go downstairs
